1. Who we are

Business Content Creators ("BCC," "we") is operated by Jonathon Bryant in Texas. These terms apply to anyone who subscribes to a BCC plan ("you"). By checking the agreement box on our intake form or paying a BCC invoice, you agree to these terms.

3. How your content is made

• We create your content with AI image, video, and writing tools, guided by your intake answers and any photos or videos you provide. A person at BCC reviews every piece before you see it.
• AI-generated content may show people, places, products, or scenes that are not real: for example, a customer who doesn't exist or a dish styled differently from yours. When accuracy matters, send us real photos and we'll build from those.
• AI tools can produce imperfections (odd details, text errors, unrealistic motion). We catch what we can, and your approval step exists so you can catch the rest.

4. What we won't create

To protect you and comply with platform rules and consumer-protection law, we will not create:

• Fake reviews or testimonials, or content implying real customer endorsements that didn't happen
• Content that depicts or imitates a real, identifiable person without their written consent
• Other companies' logos, characters, or copyrighted material
• Misleading claims about prices, results, health, safety, or credentials
• Content about political issues, or anything illegal, hateful, or unsafe

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, prices, hours, and offers.
• Only send photos, videos, and logos you own or have permission to use.
• Review each batch for accuracy. You are responsible for the claims made in approved content, including industry rules that apply to you (for example, alcohol, health, or licensed trades).
• Keep your platform accounts in good standing and let us know if our access changes.

6. Approvals and revisions

• Nothing is delivered or posted until you approve it in writing (an email reply works).
• One round of revisions per monthly batch is included. More extensive changes or full redos may cost extra; we'll tell you before doing anything billable.
• If you don't respond to a review batch, we don't post anything. Silence is never treated as approval, and the month's schedule shifts until you respond.

7. Account access (posting plans)

• We never ask for your passwords. You grant access through each platform's partner, manager, or business tools, and you can remove it anytime.
• We use access only to publish approved content. We don't run ads, reply to messages or comments, or change your profile, settings, or handle unless you ask us to in writing.
• When you cancel, we remove our access and confirm by email.

8. Ownership and use of content

• Once paid, you may use the content we deliver for your business, on any platform, without time limits.
• AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright under current U.S. law, so we can't guarantee you exclusive legal ownership of purely AI-generated elements. Content built from your own photos and our human edits may have more protection.
• We may show your content in our portfolio and marketing unless you tell us not to.
• Our templates, prompts, and processes remain ours.

9. AI labeling and platform rules

• Social platforms set their own rules for AI content, and those rules change. We follow them, which can include adding an "AI-generated" or similar label when content shows realistic AI-generated people or scenes.
• Platforms may also detect and label AI content on their own, regardless of what we or you choose. We can't control or remove those labels.
• If a platform's rules require a label, we will apply it.

10. Billing

• Plans are billed monthly, in advance, through Stripe. Invoices are due within 7 days.
• Work on your first month starts once your first invoice is paid. Your first content batch is ready for review within 5-7 business days of payment.
• If a payment is late, we pause work and posting until it's paid.
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price change. Promotional discounts apply only to the period stated in the offer.

11. Pausing and cancelling

• You can pause or cancel anytime by emailing contact@businesscontentcreators.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. You'll receive everything included in the month you paid for.
• We don't offer partial-month refunds.
• We may end service with notice if these terms are broken, for example non-payment or requests for content listed in section 4.

12. No guaranteed results

We create content designed to help your business show up consistently online, but we can't guarantee followers, views, engagement, leads, or sales.

13. Platforms outside our control

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google can change features, rules, or algorithms, restrict reach, or suspend accounts at any time. We're not responsible for platform decisions, outages, or labels, and we'll work with you to adjust when they happen.

14. Your information

We use the information you give us only to provide our services. Intake answers and files are stored with service providers we use to run BCC (such as Google Drive, Netlify, and Stripe). We don't sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BCC's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll email active clients at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continuing service after that means you accept the update.
