- We only collect what we need to make and post your content, send invoices, and keep in touch.
- We never sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
- We never ask for your passwords. Platform access is granted through each platform's own partner or manager tools.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank numbers.
- You can ask us to delete your information anytime by emailing contact@businesscontentcreators.com.
Full policy
1. Who we are
Business Content Creators ("BCC," "we") is a done-for-you social media content service for local businesses in Dallas–Fort Worth and the surrounding areas, operated by Jonathon Bryant in Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through businesscontentcreators.com and while providing our services, and how we use it.
2. What we collect
- Intake form answers: your name, business name, business type, city, phone, email, and the details you share about your customers, brand voice, colors, products, promotions, competitors, and accounts you admire.
- Files and links you share: photos, videos, logos, and links to Drive, Dropbox, or social accounts.
- Messages: emails, texts, and calls with us, including approvals and revision requests.
- Billing details: the name, email, and plan on your invoices. Card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe, not with us.
- Platform access (posting plans only): partner or manager access you grant on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Google Business Profile. You can remove it anytime.
- Basic technical data: our website host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site. Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use it
- To plan, create, and (if your plan includes it) post your content
- To confirm your plan, send invoices, and collect payment
- To contact you about your account, approvals, and service updates
- To improve our services and keep our site and accounts secure
- To show your content in our portfolio, unless you tell us not to (see our Terms of Service)
4. Service providers we use
We use trusted companies to run BCC. They receive only what they need to do their job:

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We don't send your information to anyone else unless the law requires it.
5. AI tools and your content
Because we create content with AI tools, the business details and photos you share may be processed by those tools to generate your images, videos, and captions. Please don't send us anything you wouldn't want used in your content, such as customers' private information.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a client and for a reasonable time afterward for records, taxes, and any questions about past work. Intake submissions from businesses that don't become clients are deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to keep them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
7. Your choices
- Ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it
- Ask us not to show your content in our portfolio
- Remove our platform access anytime from each platform's settings
- Unsubscribe from any non-essential emails
Email contact@businesscontentcreators.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may keep some records if the law requires it, such as billing history.
8. Security
We use two-step verification on our business accounts, keep files in access-restricted storage, and never store client passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll let you know promptly if a problem affects your information.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. If the changes are significant, we'll email active clients before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above always shows the current version.
